We had an amazing stay! The hotel was super clean, comfy, and the food was honestly sooo good, there’s something for everyone. Pool, beach, vibes, all great. Every person working in hotel was very, very kind and helpful. But the real star was Klaudia from Guest Relations! ❤️ She’s just awesome, always smiling, super helpful. You really feel taken care of with her around. She made such a big difference in our stay, and we’re so grateful for that! Totally recommend this place and if you get Klaudia looking after you, you’re in good hands! 🙌

The resort is 30 minutes from Marsa Alam airport. I had a standard garden room and was very happy about that. The room was far away from the evening animation area and close to the beach. The cleaning person did a proper job and was friendly. There is a large animation area (theater and stage) which is busy every night as well as a club that can also get busy. The beach area was lively with aqua gym, Zumba and lots more. Special thanks goes to Waleed Fo at reception who helped me sort out some requests.

Staff were great, always proactive and addressed everything that we wanted. They constantly checked with us if things were fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abbas and Mr. Mohamed Salah from hotel reception and management and also Mr. Hassan the restaurant manager.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and sea view were breathtaking. The real highlight of our stay, however, was Mr. Waleed from the reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and his hospitality made a big difference—we truly felt at home thanks to him.

Everyone treated us like VIPs. Anything we asked for was done immediately with enthusiasm, generosity, politeness, and friendliness. Mr. Mohammed Abbas, the manager, was onto every detail and followed up personally on our every need. All the staff were very dedicated, nice, and hardworking.

Very nice resort. I stayed there for 4 days. Friendly staff. I had an issue in the beginning with my all inclusive drinks but they were able to resolve the issue. Good food with enough variety in the buffet. Special thanks for Mr. Mohammed reception manager and Mr. Molhem food and beverage manager and Haidy manager of animation team for their hospitality and friendly attitude during my stay.
